Caringbah Baptist Church is in an exciting season of growth and transition, with new families joining us almost every week. As part of our vision for the future, we are seeking to fill the roles listed below with people who are passionate about seeing God at work in and through His church.

Generations Pastor/Coordinator

The Generations Pastor is a new role for the church and brings together serveral part-time roles across Children, Youth and Families ministry.   This role is aimed at providing pastoral and strategic leadership to Children, Youth, and Families at Caringbah Baptist Church (CBC).

This role exists to build and oversee a clear, biblically grounded discipleship pathway from early childhood through to young adulthood, equipping families as primary disciplers and raising the next generation of Christ-centred disciples.
