Omar & Kay Djoeandy – Serving with SIM Australia
CBC has supported Omar and Kay since Omar started serving as the National Director of SIM (Serving in Mission) Australia in 2004. After 15 years Omar transitioned to a part-time role with SIM as a Missions Consultant – speaking on global missions, coaching, mentoring mission leaders and people exploring serving globally.
Omar’s other part-time role relates to his book, Redefining Success according to Jesus and broadcasting the message. It was translated into Indonesian in December 2022, and he hopes the Chinese version will be available by the end of 2023. Kay serves as a counsellor in Wollongong and Campbelltown. They have three young adult children.
