FREEDOM SERVICES SUNDAYS 9:30AM & 5PM

The freedom we believe in

CBC is made up of a community of people who believe in the freedom that comes from Jesus Christ. We believe that this man, Jesus, actually died and rose to life in time and history. And since he’s alive, he offers an eternal freedom that matters now. So we seek to follow Jesus’ leading, reaching out to those in the world who long to experience liberation in life. We do this by proclaiming with our mouths and demonstrating with our hands the freeing, loving and saving grace of God.

Caringbah Baptist Church Paul Summers

Pastor Paul Summers

As the Lead Pastor of CBC I share my life with disciples of Jesus that have risen up, stood up and taken up a cause, made a stand for loving people and carrying the cross which represents Jesus’ Freedom through his death and resurrection. Together at CBC we carry His freedom like his prized freedom fighters so all of Gods children can live a life free through his promises and love as we walk in his ways. There is a place here for everyone to explore together our freedom in Christ Jesus so please come and join us.

As part of our International Week of Prayer, we will be joining with Open Doors for a night of prayer and worship for the global persecuted church. We will share a meal together and hear life-changing stories of people who not only read incredible stories of faith in the bible, but are living embodiments of that kind of faith today. Tim Reid from Open Doors will be joining us for this special night.

At CBC we value relational connections and the joy of spending time together as a family community. Once a month, usually the 4th Sunday, the morning congregation remains for an extended time of fellowship following the service, sharing a barbecue lunch together. We have been blessed with a wonderful barbecue cafe area and kitchen facility and on these Sundays they are put to good use by a group of volunteers who prepare and serve the lunch.

All proceeds from the BBQ go to our Food Ministry 5000 where monthly food boxes are packed and distributed to individuals and families in need.
