Here are some recommended christian online resources

CBC media website :  CBC sermons – audio and video -www.cbcmedia.tv

Youversion – is fantastic.  Lots of bibles and bible reading plans, available in mobile versions for mobile phones etc but also for PC and Mac.    http://www.youversion.com/

Biblos is a great site that I use for online bible study resources.      http://bible.cc

Fighter Verses – this is an amazing program for Scripture memorization.  http://www.fighterverses.com/   it comes out of desiring God ministries which is also a great place to check out, John Piper is a respected reformed preacher and teacher.

Lifechurch.tv – this is a church in the US that has blessed our church over the years, when we have used teaching series they have produced as a basis for ones that we have taught.

Passion Movement – Louie Giglio is a quality teacher who has been used by God to inspire a new generation of young adults to live for the glory of God.  Anything by Louie is normally really worthwhile.

N.T. Wright – is a theologian who will challenge your thinking and faith.  He’s a good guy and a read if you’re up for some deep stuff.

Dallas Willard as an author will kick start your mind to get renewed in God’s Word.

Amazon.com – if you haven’t set yourself up with an amazon kindle ereader – you can do it for free.  I buy most of my books as ebooks now to read on Amazons kindle reader.  You can buy very easily with one click and you can keep a copy on your pc or mac as well as iPhone, ipad etc.  The ability to keep notes on ebooks is fantastic.

A great app to check out is “Bible Maps” – also “olive tree” puts out heaps of free Christian books that you can access once you get the olive tree app.

Other good preachers to listen to online are people like; John Ortberg at Menlo Park Presbyterian, Mark Driscoll at Mars Hill – Andy Stanley at Northpoint.  Wayne Cordeiro from New Hope Church in Hawaai.

A great app that costs 50 or 60 bucks is glo bible, it has an amazing amount of videos of the holy land, and it’s very user friendly for study.
