Facilities Hire
Our main auditorium seats confortably 420 people.
It is available for hire for functions and events such as presentation nights, concerts, group training, coporate gatherings, etc.
The auditorium is airconditioned and has a full sound and lighting system.
Costs are generally determined according to your requirements but are usually based on an hourly rate..
During hire, CBC always has an onsite representative who provides assistance during the events. This is included in the hire cost, as is post-event cleaning.
Additional services such as sound system operator(s), lighting are available at extra cost. Let us know your needs at the time of quoting or booking.
CONFERENCE ROOM HIRE
The conference room seats up to 120 people and includes:
- sound system
- airconditioning
- LCD projecion system
- overhead projector
- up to 5 breakout rooms for small group work
CHILDRENS PLAY AREA
The childrens play area has climbing equipment over a soft-play floor. The whole area is fenced
KITCHEN HIRE
CBC has a fully equipped commercial kitchen which includes:
- industrial combie oven/stove and all assciated cookware/utensils
- industrial plate & food warmers
- commercial automatic dishwasher
- large commercial fridge & freezer
- silverware & ceramicware for 300 place settings
- tables, seating, tableware, etc
- Seating for 200 people – table seating for 200 people – 8 per table
